1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using 55buy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and agents who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

55buy provides a digital utility gateway allowing users in Nigeria to purchase mobile airtime, data bundles (SME, Gifting, Corporate), pay electricity bills, and cable TV subscriptions. We act as an intermediary between users and utility providers.

3. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. 55buy will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Wallet Funding & Payments

Users may fund their wallets via bank transfer using our integrated payment processors virtual account details dedicated to each user and linked to their wallet.

Refund Policy: All successful transactions for data, airtime, or bill payments are final and non-refundable. If a transaction fails but your wallet was debited, the amount will be automatically reversed or manually credited after investigation.

5. Service Availability & Uptime

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by telecommunication networks, utility providers, or technical issues beyond our control.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled in the competent courts within Nigeria.
